2. Valuation Requests

Submitting a valuation request through our form does not create a binding agreement, partnership, or obligation on the part of Collect Alliance or Golden Phoenix Capital LLC. All valuation requests are preliminary inquiries only. Any subsequent agreements will be documented in separate, written contracts executed by both parties.
